This website is operated by Heaps Good Collectables. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Heaps Good Collectables. We offer this website, including all information, products, and services available, subject to your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products & Availability

We take care to ensure product listings are accurate, but all prices, descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you confirm all information provided is accurate. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. We accept secure payments through multiple methods including credit cards, PayPal, and other approved gateways.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across Australia using trusted carriers. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may vary depending on your location. Once dispatched, we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping provider.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.

5.1 Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

We may decline returns if goods are found to be used, tampered with, or returned outside the 30-day window.

5.3 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method.

If you haven’t received your refund:

Recheck your bank account.
Contact your credit card company — it may take time to officially post.
Contact your bank — processing times may vary.

Note: Sale items are not eligible for refund — only regular priced items.

5.4 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at info@heapsgoodcollectables.com, then send your item to:

5.5 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the return value. If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

5.6 Shipping Returns

You are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost may be deducted.

We recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service for high-value items — we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, logos, product designs, and copy — is the property of Heaps Good Collectables. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or services, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Mobile Messaging Terms of Service

The Heaps Good Collectables SMS/text message service (“Service”) is operated by us and subject to the following Mobile Terms.

By opting into our Service, you consent to receive recurring text messages (e.g. order updates, account alerts, cart reminders, promotions) from Heaps Good Collectables to the mobile number you provided. Message frequency varies.
Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology.

You do not need to opt into SMS to make a purchase — participation is voluntary.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any SMS message. After this, you will no longer receive messages unless you opt in again.
